What do I need to do if I need to extend, delay, cancel, or change the dates of our school/church bookfair?

When life happens, we understand! Just let us know as soon as possible so we can figure out how best to serve you moving forward!

How long should our MHM online book fair be?

We have found that a successful book fair runs no longer than one week.

How do we best promote the book fair?

Please use the MHM marketing posts we will send you one week before, and then throughout the duration of the book fair. And share on social media and your website as well! Please remember to tag us @MudHenMama!

How do your Statement Socks sizing work?

Adult Socks (in US Shoe Size):
Women’s 9 – 11
Men’s 10 – 13 

How soon should I expect my order? 

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days (excluding bookfairs – please refer to this page for more information on approximate shipping times for bookfairs!). However, because of sourcing issues, orders have been taking quite a bit longer, up to 2 – 3 weeks. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!

What types of payment do you accept? 

For online orders we accept CC and Paypal.

What is your return policy? 

FOR SOCKS ONLY: We want you to know that you can buy with confidence from us, so here’s our return policy: If a pair of socks doesn’t fit quite right, you can always exchange them for a different size. If you received the socks as a gift and don’t have the receipt, you can exchange them or return them for an equivalent gift card credit to be used online at www.mudhenmama.com Refunds will not be given without proof of purchase.
